This is a great stay especially for a family.
This place was excellent, clean and easy to find, just off the motorway, less than 20 minutes from the airport. The host responded in a timely manner to any of my queries. The pool was maintained / cleaned regularly. Lovely sea breeze. No mosquitos!!! Need a rented car for convenience.

For our family David's house was amazing, everything is working well and there are a lot of small very important things in your house. Thanks a lot for small gifts for our arrival. Your house is much more attractive in deed than in photos. The car is strongly recommended because the house is located in quiet place and far from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. But it's central location in the island.
A lovely spacious villa for three adults. The views were lovely from the roof terrace with plenty of space to sit and eat or to relax on a sun lounger. The villa was very clean and everything you needed for food prep and cooking was provided. There is a BBQ also available in the store shed. One bathroom was downstairs next to the lounge, not an ideal location but we survived. Upstairs bathroom was bigger, bedrooms were a decent size, bedding clean and ironed. Pool was lovely if a little cold on first entering (May visit) but it's in a good position being heated by the sun from early morning until about 5pm when the sun goes over..It was also cleaned twice while we were there. Complimentry tea, coffee, milk in fridge and some biscuits for our arrival was a nice touch. There was some unexpected road noise from the motorway. We live on a very quiet road so it was very noticeable to us, but after day three or four we sort of got used to it. On arrival we picked up our hire car from Sixt at the airport, we had no issues and everything went very smoothly from pick up to return of it, we would recommend them. There is a really nice bakery in Pyla village, where daily essentials can be bought. The villa is very central to most places, with easy access to that noisy motorway with the slip road being just down the road. We had no rain and the temperatures for May ranged from 24c at the beginning with an average of 32c over our two weeks, perfect. All in all a really nice holiday in a great location.

Great apartment with everything we needed. Lovely pool and outdoor space and great access to the A3 to get to Ayia Napa, Protaras and Larnaca all in under 30 mins.

Amazing stay. Looks much better than the pictures and the pool and rooftop area is amazing. Very reasonably priced for the area and a great access point to many local sights and attractions! Would definitely stay here again!
Me and my partner stayed at this villa start of October for 10nights, and we had a great relaxing time. Villa has everything you need for self catering! We spent most nights star-gazing with glass of wine and most days either enjoying the pool or driving around Cyprus. Car is a must, although we did walk to nearest shops which are only down the road right opposite to the beach. Local beach is not busy at all, the whole local area is just wonderful. We'd definitely recommend this stay for someone who's just tired of busy lifestyle and in need of some time to relax and rewind.
4th time for us invited friends this time we all love the villa and Cyprus. We have seen a lot of Cyprus and tomorrow we are all going to meet friends in Limossol.
Just returned from our 2nd enjoyable holiday at this great property, David and Jan have provided everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The house, garden and pool are very clean and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and furniture round the pool, the pergola and awning on the roof terrace are a welcome addition providing shade from the sun, great views of the surrounding area and in the evening spectacular sunsets. We were very grateful for the welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits as we arrived late at night after a long flight. The house is in a very peaceful quiet location conveniently close to a motorway junction with easy access to all parts of the island, the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and bars are about 2 Km away, and a car is recommended.
